Especially in paid community. Why not implement a full affiliate points solution with additional revenue streams for all members?
Everybody can sell his course in board xyz. Make the biggest community marketplace on the planet. LinkedIn lets nobody except Microsoft earn money. You have the chance to empower community marketplaces
