Profile dropdowns, "No options"

When I try to fill out my profile, the fields with dropdowns all say "No Options" and I can't save the rest of my profile, like my bio, without these fields populated.

I just signed up today (November 3rd) and the problem is persisting. I'm also getting the "no options" banner.

Suggestion: do not make these required fields so that we're able to at least build the rest of our profile.
