When I try and I enter my email then click on the link I get a 404 error.

You are telling that you are not able to install the app but you get a 404 error ( this is for the web).
If you want to install the app on your phone you need to go to the store of apple or google and search for Entre. There you will be able to install it.
If you want to install the web app on your computer or phone, you need to first log in to the platform and then go to your URL input on the browser and search for an ICON to install the app. Like in the image.
